Balmy Skies – Mild Malt

Pauls Mild Malt - 100% British brewing barley, malted specifically to meet the needs of the craft brewer. Small quantities of selected barley are malted at our Boby Malt Maltings in Bury St Edmunds, United Kingdom. This malt gives a dark brown beer color with a sweet biscuit flavor and a lower diastatic power than conventional malt. It allows you to retain body in the beer while producing fewer fermentable sugars, resulting in beers with lower alcohol content compared to a Pilsen malt.
