Golden Swift Pale Ale Malt gives a rich golden colour and balanced sweet malt flavour to your beer. This malt is ideal for brewing ale styles.

Keep Flying Maris Otter Pale Malt provides a unique flavour with a deeper golden colour and distinctive sweet biscuit taste. It also adds a full body to your beer, making it the perfect base malt to create traditional ales. This heritage barley variety is malted in small batches in our Boby maltings in Bury St Edmunds.

This malt is made of French 6 row winter barley.

Pale Ale malt is klined longer than Pilsen malt which results in a deeper colour.

Jehanne d'arc malt is made with with carefully selected brewing barley that is traced from the farmer up to the microbrewer.

Munich Malt is made with much the same process as Pilsner lager malt but germination is shortened while kilning will be at higher temperatures for flavour and colour development.
